Bremerton1 App Support
Thank you for helping the City of Bremerton! With the Bremerton1 app you can report any issue that you think the city needs to be aware of, from zoning issues to potholes.
The start screen welcomes you and serves as a reminder to call 911 if there is an emergency. Touch anywhere on the screen to move to the next screen.
Main Screen
Next you have 3 choices, in no particular order.
- Take pictures
- Add Location
- Add Comments
Take Pictures
You can take as many pictures as you want, or you can add photos from your gallery. If you take more than one picture, they will scroll on the screen so you can see all the pictures that you are sending us.
Add Location
If you have location services turned on, an image map will zoom to your current location, otherwise a street map will be displayed that is focused on the City Hall for the City of Bremerton. You can switch between imagery and street view using the button on the bottom center of the screen.
Add Comments
Please leave a comment describing the issue that is being reported.
Click on the choose category button to open up a grid showing the type of issue being reported on. If none of the choices seem to apply then please choose "Other".
Send
When you are ready to send the issue information, you will first have the opportunity of including your email address and other contact information. If you include your email address we will be able to contact you with any resolution that was implemented. With other contact info we may be able to contact you with any questions we may have that will help to clarify the issue being reported. Wait
Please wait for the upload to finish. The time it takes to upload should be a few second depending on the quality of your internet service. In the upper left corner you will see "please wait" and a progress indicator. When it is done uploading you will get a thank you screen. Touch anywhere on the screen and the app will go back to the start page.
